Sarah O’Hara is a highly experienced Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with 20+ years dedicated to advancing diabetes education and patient centered care. Her work spans adult, pediatric, and maternal health populations, grounded in a commitment to improving outcomes and empowering both patients and clinicians through evidence based guidance.

As a member of Dexcom’s Clinical Education team, Sarah develops and delivers clinician focused education on continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology. She creates webinars and resources that help healthcare providers integrate CGM effectively into practice. Previously, she held progressive leadership roles within Dexcom’s Patient Care organization, where she consistently drove top tier customer satisfaction and mentored teams in patient centric communication.

Prior to Dexcom, Sarah established a strong clinical foundation across respected health systems, working in inpatient and outpatient diabetes education, medical nutrition therapy, insulin pump and CGM training, curriculum development, and program leadership. She founded an outpatient hospital-based diabetes education program in southeastern Pennsylvania and has contributed through media features, award winning pediatric diabetes camp leadership, and invited lectures to diverse audiences.

Sarah is passionate about leveraging technology to inspire meaningful lifestyle change and is dedicated to helping individuals understand their health, build confidence, and thrive.
