Erin Henry

Erin Henry, NP-C, BC-ADM, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in endocrinology, with experience managing type 1 and type 2 diabetes. She holds Board Certification in Advanced Diabetes Management and is dedicated to patient-centered care with a particular focus on insulin therapy and diabetes technology. 

Erin has personally trialed a variety of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring systems to better support informed patient choice. As both she and her father have lived with type 1 diabetes for 30 years, Erin brings a deeply personal understanding to her clinical approach, combining lived experience with evidence-based practice.
